Craniosacral Somatics: Four Day Foundation
This four-day course offers a practical and embodied introduction to the principles and practice of craniosacral therapy. Designed for small group learning in a focused, classroom-style setting, the course blends hands-on practice with somatic awareness and nervous system regulation.
You will explore foundational craniosacral principles alongside somatic movement and listening skills that support deep therapeutic presence. Each day includes guided learning, demonstration, and paired practice, with space to explore core themes such as grounding, cranial contact, membrane dynamics, and the fluid body.
You will learn how to:
-
Establish a grounded and embodied therapeutic presence
-
Sense subtle movements and rhythms in the body, including the craniosacral tide
-
Make safe, light-touch contact with the cranium, spine, and sacrum
-
Work with membranes, fluid dynamics, and midline orientation
-
Support nervous system regulation through stillness and listening
-
Begin to integrate somatic awareness and biodynamic principles in practice
-
Deepen your connection to your own body and internal perception
This course is open to beginners, bodyworkers, yoga and movement practitioners, and therapists who want to explore the foundations of craniosacral work in a grounded, relational way. It’s also suitable for those who have completed other trainings and wish to reconnect with the core principles of CST and somatic embodiment.
